I've ordered my GCMS notes twice. Last time anyone touched my file was in November 2020. My notes clearly shows the remarks by the Officer as please clear criminality as I have submitted both RCMP and PCC from my home country with my file. My medical has already been passed. Only thing pending is my background check Criminality and Security. But since January 4, 2021. My notes say Background check hasn't been started and no progress at all.
AOR was October 2020 FSW INLAND.
Who else is with me to file a case against IRCC for procedural unfairness ?

How about we take the legal route or select a particular date to protest outside our closest processing office.
This can be done. Legal route i don't think will benefit much because legal processes take long time and we'll keep losing petitioners as and when applications process.

How many people you think we can gather ?
I don't know, but don't think much since we're all scattered across the country. We should try again for Twitter trend from the comfort of our homes. All we need is 2000-3000 tweets. Can set a time when all can collaborate.

This did not work. Barely a few people tweeted when we tried this last week.

Well then we have our answer. If we can't protest from home on the internet thinking people will travel to a different city and show up for protest outside is wishful thinking. But I don't think it did not work. A lot of people have been tweeting, we just need to concentrate it in a smaller timeframe

The IRCCdoesntcare hashtag is getting more and more popular and is being used by applicants from other streams. It is good in the sense that IRCC will feel more pressure to do something if the hashtag really takes off, but on the other hand, it lost the initial purpose of using it to show IRCC is are being unfair in treating us differently from CEC.

I particularly like how the PGWP appplicants organized their tweets.

So, no real movement in FSW-Inland files as of now.
My primary visa office is Montreal and my file wasn't touched after jan 6th 2021
Ordered gcms notes twice.
March and August 2021.
The notes were identical without any change.
Filed my bowp and waiting for a decision.
has anyone recently applied for bowp and got approval? If yes, can you please share the time line.

Montreal seems super quiet. Haven't heard anything from Montreal office.
is there an email or contact number for Montreal office ?
Not that I know of.
What I think from Montreal forums is... Montreal office does not exist physically. It's an illusion. It is that option in their internal system when IRCC wants to archive a file for a year or two for no reason whatsoever. :p
