Hi Guys,
I am an MBA from UK and I am working as a Dental Practice Manager since 4 years in NZ.

I am applying for express entry under the code 0311, do you guys think I will be eligible for it? It is asking for relevant experience which I have gained working for past 4 years. I dont have a certificate in practice management but I guess that is the minimum requirement to be actually considered for the role. I was hired in the first place because I have an MBA. Also I am not from a dentistry background but the job responsibilities are the same as mentioned in the description of NOC code.

Your job responsibilities match the NOC. So if your employment letter does then you are good. So if you are eligible for EE then you submit a profile.

Also, can I please confirm one more thing .. current noc code is 0311 but according to the new changes my noc code will change to 30.010. Should I be worried?

No. Any NOCs with 0 are executive positions so will not change.
