just received portal email for both primary applicant & outland dependent.
but email was sent to dependent not primary applicant. why can it be so?

yes, but it was sent to the outland dependent, not the primary applicant that's inland.

Any updates ? Also did any one in the above category applied for GCMS notes and received them? I wanted to understand the medicals extension logic, Is it processed at the same VO (or) sent to some other VO? My medicals passes initially, then expired and no updates again for ~25 days so far.

Medical - aug 9
Biometric - aug 10

after that no updates
Call them - they said everything is ok expect the background check
My Address is Etobicoke
I heard that Etobicoke vo is taking time to complete bc
