Vfs webform. But i would think thts only if payment has not gone through. Call again next week if u dont get it by thn.
N send the mail too..

Actually, I have received 2 payment link. I paid using the 1st email and ignored the 2nd email which had different payment link with subject "Order".

Later I got another email from IRCC passport Submission with mail body as

"Please make only 1 payment in case of multiple links received.
Kindly ignore this mail if you have already made the payment.
Kindly confirm the services for pick up your passport, by making the payment for the service on the link mentioned below;
http://payit.cc/XXXXXXXXXXX408"

I think I have to raise another webform. Now they are making me to pay again.

There is no problem waiting to clarify with vfs. U should mention your transaction id if any doubt. I do not think u should raise another webform and pay again right away. Just wait for a few more days n talk to vfs again on monday or Tuesday.

I had gotten 2 mails too. Actually whn i simply tried to find out wht would happen, it stated that i had already paid though the link was different. Confirm payme t in your bank account n just wait for a few more days. Thn escalate the issue if need be. In the mean time, keep the documents ready too

My parents passport was also received on 15 Sept and is in under processing status. No update from VFS yet.

I got counterfoil update in GC key My Account today. But no update on VFS tracking yet regarding return of passport.

Hello Friends. My parents got a passport request. Do we need to order one passport pickup via VFS webform and send both passports together? Or do I have to fill two forms one for father and another one for mother? Thanks a lot for your help.

As per what I know you need to submit two separate packages for both pf them. As per VFS we have to raise to raise one webform for 1 passport

How long does it take after counterfoil update to receive passport back? Mom's account got update two days ago but VFS still shows in process at ircc.

Same with me. Counterfoil generated on 24 sep. it shows passport dispatched from ircc to visa application new delhi.

Passport with BlueDart courier now for delivery to my mom.

My parents did complete biometrics for this file.
