I have applied for PGWP outside Canada in December 2020. Recently, I took an upfront medical examination.

An IRCC consultant recently told me that I will have to inform IRCC about this. How do I inform them about the upfront medical test?

I did. They contacted me via email and gave a very generic reply. I am not sure what to make of it.

Here's their reply below
