I did. They contacted me via email and gave a very generic reply. I am not sure what to make of it. Here's their reply below

Oh, alright. That seems to be a relief. Did you apply for PGWP while inside Canada or outside Canada?

Did you speak to a lawyer or raised a webform? I applied on the 180th day from the day I got my graduation letter. If they have rejected based on end of classes or something then I also will have to take some action.
