Mine is same. Dependent was outland when submitted application, now in Canada. Updated the change through web form, however, I could not connect to any agent through call. Can you please let me know, did they request you any additional doc for dependent's change in country of residence? or this ADR is different?AOR: 12th July 2021

Background check: in process (since end of August i think)
Final decision: in progress
Eligibility: reviewing
Ghost Update: 16th September 2021
No update after that and customer care agents not providing any updates.
So worried.
