I got ghost update on Dec02,2021 and after that nothing , Status still shows submitted

photo in review // my friend got PR card and his picture was still in review

it all depends on VO // one of my friend got in 9 days but there is no timeline for VO’s like Etobicoke

my friend got it very next day from etobicoke // i replied the day I got the portal email and after that nothing, no reminder emails u too still waiting right?
