I don't think so - applications seem to be returned when forms are completely missing, not filled out at all or haven't been signed.Hi folks,
My friend submitted his PR package in March, 2021, and he has not received his File number yet. In the meantime, he found some mistakes on the form upon his dependent's schedule a. He mistakenly missed to fill out the one of the activity sections (should be written as Studying) (all others filled without empty). He was so shocked and tried to reach the IRCC, and he just sent an webform attaching the revised form.
Do you guys think that his package will be returned not accepting the webform request?
The package has not been returned yet.
Thanks for your answers!I don't think so - applications seem to be returned when forms are completely missing, not filled out at all or haven't been signed.
If AR is March 2021, they won't receive AoR until January/February 2022 at this stage.

If you're already in Canada and working for the employer on a work permit, then no you don't need to do the above.Hi,
regarding the following ;
I am in canada and currently work in a skill B job so does that mean my employee doesnt require to perform this step.?
- demonstrate that enough effort was made to recruit a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident prior to offering the position to you (this only applies if you are currently living outside Canada or working outside of Ontario)
I work as IT professional so would my employee qualify or does it have to be specialized occupations?
I do not see anything about them requiring LMIA.
Thanks.
Thanks for your reply.If you're already in Canada and working for the employer on a work permit, then no you don't need to do the above.
I'm not sure what you're asking here - if your job offer is in NOC codes 0, A, or B and it's permanent full time, then you are eligible for the program. They do not care what kind of work permit you hold, as long as you are holding a valid one for your current employment arrangement.Thanks for your reply.
I am on an open work permit and not LMIA.
My occupation is not on a high demand list what if i get a job offer (non lmia) for a year. (such as a 1 year work contract)
Would i still be able to apply to this pnp?
Implied status is only permit to permit - so if your work permit has expired and you are on a visitor status - you will not get implied status.Lets say my current work permit is expired or I am on visitor status and am applying to this program or my current work permit expires when I am nominated I will then receive a work permit support letter and when I apply for this work permit I will be on implied status? while waiting for decision?
