Hi @legalfalcon

I already asked you many times this question over past 5 months but you did not reply.
Do you have any idea why all the people EE PNP inlands who sent to Etobicoke office after R10 done still have Eligibility NOT started after more than a year post AOR?

I did not see single person EE PNP who got Eligibility done after being sent to Etobicoke due to workload distribution.

It can’t be random and there is the reason for it because 100% of applicants who sent to Etobicoke has Eligibility NOT started after a year of waiting when everyone else got Eligibility done right after R10.

What is going on here???????

It was passed in November, and of course no updates on the portal
of coarse it was passed.
People who was sent to Etobicoke files never been touched again and Eligibility is NOT started.
Everyone has the same pattern and I don’t understand what is the meaning of that as it can’t be just random. They don’t process only people who was sent to Etobicoke.

That was from GCMS notes Aug 27, 2021.

Anyone got portal email after resume/CV submission on this forum? @legalfalcon does resume submission means application is going for comprehensive screening process or simply security screening?
Not necessary, decisions on SS are based on a comprehensive evaluation of your profile.

I can only talk about law, policy and procedures that are public. As per IRCC, any application can be transferred to any visa office across the IRCC network.

See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/service-delivery/file-transfer.html

There are many applicants who are not on the web and many who applied as PNP paper-based. So if you make claims like 100% applicants, that would not be true.

Further, even if a specific visa office is located to handle specific program files, how would that matter?
