- transfer to your laptop
- open the picture with paint app
-click the resize
You will see horizontal 100 and vertical 100 changes that to 15 both and save or replace the picture . Do all of them one by one .I did on this way to my passport request . It’s work for me.

This will not be easy because it is like saying stop paper intake untill thwy clear backlog.

The problem i see, cic needs cash and it is floating as long people apply.
