Hello,
I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics. I worked as a web developer for a year after my degree. Later on, I came to the USA to pursue my master's degree in Computer Engineering and am working for 2+ years. My NOC code is 2175.
Can I show my experience as a web developer after my bachelor's degree? And what date should I put in here while creating my profile

Date XYZ first became qualified to practice in this occupation?


If the "primary occupation" is:

• a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
• any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)

You can claim points for your Work experience as a web developer. the date will be when you finished your Graduation.

Bachelor's graduation right. But I had done that in Electronics.

I got an email saying "This email is to notify you that a new permanent residence confirmation case has been created under your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account. " Does that mean my PR has been approved?

If you received your Graduation ECA. You can still use it... You can update your PhD education under personal history.

WES has closed my account due to not authentic PHD degree . Is earlier issued graduation ECA will remain valid?

If you have the ECA report with you, it will be valid for 5 years.

try calling WES and get a confirmation one this one.

I have a previous graduation WES ECA report but WES closed my account so nothing is reflecting on WES web page. Not clear that previous ECA report is still valid or it is also consider not valid?

If you are eligible, yes, You need your diploma assessed first.
