I have a previous graduation WES ECA report but WES closed my account so nothing is reflecting on WES web page. Not clear that previous ECA report is still valid or it is also consider not valid?

WES has closed my account due to not authentic PHD degree . Is earlier issued graduation ECA will remain valid?

Graduation ECA reference No. is different with PHD but using a same WES account.

Graduation ECA received in Jan'2021 and PHD ECA applied in March'21

PR application was already submitted 3 month back on basis graduation ECA.

Would I need to submit the application with LOE regarding spouse nature of job along his supporting documents? So IRCC will accept it?

Could anyone advise that accompanying spouse medical and PCC is mandatory to upload in PR application submission? However my spouse is working on ship and unable to comeback before ITA given deadline.So in this condition what I suppose to do?
