Hi,
I got a ITA but while booking a appointment for upfront medical the authorised physician of Max hospital, Delhi are saying no up front medicals are happening due to COVID disruption.
Can anyone suggest where and how to get a appointment for up front medical nowadays?
Would IRCC accept the file submission without the up front medical due to reasoning of COVID disruption?

Hi,
Upfront medicals are starting up and you should be able to get an appointment soon. The notice was issued few days earlier to begin upfront medicals so best is to call them up again next week.

Could anyone advise that accompanying spouse medical and PCC is mandatory to upload in PR application submission?
However my spouse is working on ship and unable to comeback before ITA given deadline. So in this condition what I suppose to do?

Yes your spouse will need to provide medical and PCC.
I am not completely sure, but I think you can explain your spouse’s working nature in the LOE and that your spouse will provide the required documents once onshore.

Would I need to submit the application with LOE regarding spouse nature of job along his supporting documents? So IRCC will accept it?

Hi pls help!!

I have an ITA under CEC. I gave my upfront medical 2 months ago and was submitting my pr application now. I just noticed that is shows “non EDE - PR”.

Other people have “Worker” in place of “PR”. Can anyone tell if this will be a problem?

All family members, wether accompanying or not have to provide PCCs and medicals. IF you cannot provide the document when you submit the application, you can explain it in LoE and IRCC will give you additional time to submit the, but all family members have to be admissible for medicals, criminality and security, and thus will have to provide the documents for the application to be processed.
