Hey Guys, quick question, so my wife and I sent scanned copies of our passport by replying directly to the email that we received which instructed us to take the scans and send them by replying to that email directly. Has anyone ever heard back a confirmation from IRCC that they received the copies? How do we know they have received it? I am just worried as the timeline is that we have to send the scans within 30 days, so if we have not heard back from them to confirm whether they have received it or not then how do I check?
Also can somebody please confirm the actual email address we are supposed to send the scans to? I want to double check that I sent it to the right place.

Yes they responded to me on the same day saying that they received copies and attached to file. I hope you followed the instructions correctly while sending email, like naming the file and modifying subject line.

Strange my request came from the same email address that I got for the test (which is completely different from the email address you provided above). Both the invitation for the test and the letter to send passport scans came from the same email address.

I am in the same position as you and received no confirmation email from them.

Copied and pasted from the email which requested the passport copies and gave me the test window

Which was the email I received for the test invitation, the same email had the letter to send the passport which I sent it to the above address.
You could try sending another email and ask them to confirm if they have received it or not.
In mine, there wasn't, it just said in the PDF (please reply directly to this email), that's it.
Interesting...I wonder if the test invite emails differ from office to office, and perhaps some reply while others do not. At this point I'm not concerned.
