Biometrics Updated - August 16 (no earlier appointment available)

Backgroung Check - In process

No updates since. The application should be being reviewed by the Buenos Aires VAC.

How do you know where is being reviewed your application?

There is an option on the IRCC website where you can enter the country from which you are applying and it tells you which VAC will review your application. However, I believe this is referential since I've heard about a lot of cases where applications go to other VAC's. Basically, there is no way of knowing for sure... I believe you can request your GSCM notes (at least that's the name I remember) which costs about 5 dollars and you receive detailed information about your process. However, this takes around 30 days. I don't have a lot of information on how exactly it works, maybe worth looking into it...

Here is the timeline. Hoping that other members waiting get their visa soon. Unfortunately, we had to defer for next fall so now have to just wait.
