Missing document

hello everyone,
We applied for a sponsorship application spouse in-land on June 2021. however, at that time, we did not have notice of assessment for taxes.
Now we have it and we want to avoid application return.
how can we submit it sooner they send the whole application?
cause I read that if they return for missing document the processing time starts when they receive the whole package and it is a very big delay time.
please any help is appreciated.

You can try submitting via webform. Make sure to provide enough information for them to be able to match the submission with the file. It's no guarantee it will work.
