Hello,
I saw someone got rejected because when they submitted application sponsor wasn’t in Canada. Also same thing with our application when we submitted sponsor wasn’t in Canada and then she back to Canada. Does it affect to our application either ?

It's not clear what you're asking.

If the sponsor is a PR, they need to be in Canada in order to submit the application to sponsor their spouse. If they are not in Canada, then yes, this can result in the application being refused since the sponsor does not meet the requirements to apply.

Sponsor is canadian citizen. Is it problem we submitted application when sponsor wasn’t in Canada ?

No - that's not a problem Canadian citizens can be outside of Canada and still sponsor their spouse for PR. However evidence needs to be included in the application to demonstrate that they plan to return to Canada to live here once the visa is approved.

You're fine. There are different rules for Canadian citizens.

She should advise IRCC via change of address that she is in Canada. (If she does not, there is possibility she will get asked to document her intent to return to Canada - which would be pretty easy when in Canada but could delay the process)

When we submitted application we mentioned her address is in Canada and we also mentioned she visited me and how long stay in my side.
