It's interesting you left our the bad grades part. It is a very important part of the puzzle. I am sure your GCMS will point to it as part of the reasons for refusal.

Its a private college. I had to google that college, I didnt even know it exist. The reason why it pop up on google search is because they paid to have their ad pops up on google search. But its not public college

My friend also did by columbia college it's also private and ye got his visa

Does your friend have two siblings who are already in Canada? Having two siblings in Canada weakens your profile and means you need a much stronger application in order to be approved.

Spend another year studying where you are now and work harder so that you achieve higher grades. Apply to come to Canada next year.

Its not only about college, you have 4 refusal reasons, but your grade and family ties in Canada is major issue
