I actually sent two messages. One is my UPDATED PASSPORT attachment and the follow up question. They didn’t reply yet to my attachment (because updated passport is IMPORTANT). Yes, this is exactly their generic reply to me.Now they said , they will not respond to such queries. Like status of application etc unless it comes under priority categories

· Clients facing vulnerable circumstances (emergency and urgent requests)
· Clients who need to tell us about a change in their circumstances, which has a direct impact on their application (like marriage, birth of a child, or similar)
· Clients who are submitting documents requested by one of our officers
· Changes in contact information
· Requests to withdraw an application or refunds

but according to the recorded ircc client support (it means web form is included), Afghanistan is more important than our petty follow up questions (except if you’ve been married, change of address, etc). Hahaha! Which I understand.
Biometrics.. I guessJust wondering, will they be requesting anything else on the employee part? Given that Education documents, IELTS, work experience (certification) and Police clearances etcs., are already sent and are valid. Thoughts?
