Have you paid your fees? IRCC doesn’t expedite visas as everyone wants faster processing.
Hehe.. that's True but I still tried...
Only registration fees paid but not tuition fees. School gave us this option to start studying online for a month as we expect ircc decision by early or mid october.

Honestly, you should have paid all or part of the tuition for your 1st year. That would have strengthened your application. Goodluck all the same, hope you hear a favorable response soon!

We were ready to pay fees but the school did not give us the option of refund in case of visa rejection.

My mom showed +CAD 70k in her bank statement.

Initially, we received response within 9 weeks. My parents are residing in gulf from past 20 years. I was born and brought up in Kuwait. I have plans to return back to gulf after my studies. Definetly my parents will go back to India but I wish to return back to Gulf only.
Depending on where you have applied there are also similar issues in Canada. We have also gone through long lockdowns, online learning and there have been a shortage of teachers because of smaller class sizes, teachers deciding to leave the profession or retire, etc. Did you order GCMS notes. Not sure if your parents have other savings but spending so much money on high school if your parents only have 70k doesn’t make much sense. They should spend their money on sending you to post secondary education. If you are attending a private school in the gulf, the quality of the education is likely much better than most public schools in Canada. Is your father’s employer paying for the education in Canada? Were they paying for school in the gulf country? Do you have a back-up plan if you aren’t approved?

Its good you have shown that you will return to home country i.e. India. Since you cannot return to Gulf unless you have an employer to sponsor you on a work visa. So the IRCC is aware of the visa systems in Gulf. So it is important that you show your return to your home country and that you would join your family back in India. Basically, you cannot predict how the labor laws will change in Gulf countries in the upcoming years, so it cannot be guaranteed that you would be able to enter the Gulf. So India is the safest choice.

Expats cannot attend public school in gulf. We showed CAD 70k for 4 years study plan. It is very common that students move to foreign countries for studies from Gulf

It is very common that students from gulf move to foreign countries for further studies after 12th grade. All my friends who applied for visa got approved except me.

Yes, understand but that is after Grade 12, but you are in Grade 9, so there is a huge difference in that. You will be schooling and they are attending college/university.

Mostly, they would also have mentioned a return to home times. Only a few are lucky enough to get through if they mention a third country as their home ties.

Lets hope for the best.
