have you got your credential assessed by WES? what is the result? what is Canadian equivalent for 12 + 3years of diploma from state board of technical education?

guys I have done 12th + 3years of diploma from MSBTE(Maharashtra state board of technical education) + I have 4 years of work experience in India,
what would be my WES credentials - if they come as "3 or more year program at college/university/trade school" then I only need to do 1 year certificate course in Canada to achieve 470+ CRS
but if my WES credentials comes as Secondary diploma(highschool graduation) then I have to study for another 2 years so that I can get 2 years work experience.
Please answer only if you have NOT done BE. and only got assessed for 12th+ diploma.
please do share your results guys.

If your diploma had minimum eligibility as Class 10th, then you will get Diploma 2 years equivalency from WES, otherwise it will be Diploma 3 years.

I have completed 3 years diploma in electronics from Maharashtra state board of technical education followed by 3 years degree. As of now, WES has accepted my 3 years degree but my overall WES is pending for as I am not able to complete diploma transcripts. Now I want to know if I remove my diploma from my profile will WES accept my 3 years degree as equivalent to Canadian 3 years degree?

Yes, Canada will give you 3 years degree however you should get the diploma transcripts, this way you will get "Two or more"
Thanks a lot. I am scared as they should not reject my degree which is direct second year admission to engineering after diploma saying there is no equivalent Canada degree and then I need to do all these things from scratch.

You should get your Diploma transcripts. Because, I haven't seen someone in lateral entry got 3 year ECA.
Thanks. That's where I am scared. One more query. Due to pandemic, speed post to Canada is suspended by post office. Do WES accept the documents sent by courier?
I have transcript envelope handed over to me by MSBTE, Mumbai on which FROM is mentioned as MSBTE, Mumbai. Is it ok if I send it by FedEx as government post service is suspended now. I can send it by FedEx office locted in the same PIN CODE area

WES has been specifically asking the transcripts should be sent from the Institute. If there is a fedex nearby your institute, try to send from there.. with from as institute address.

MSBTE provided me with my Diploma Transcripts in a sealed envelope, I would like to know that, how shall we post it to WES from the same postal code. Could you please share your experience as how did you post your transcripts to WES after getting it from MSBTE in a sealed envelope. I heard that we are required to send it through same postal code as of the MSBTE.
