I tried to press 0 to speak to an agent right away a few times but the system did not always allow me to.
I recommend you call early in the morning or after 3pm in the afternoon. The wait time was about 30 mins during this time.

Guys I just called the MP's office and and the Lady is telling me that she doesn't think KVO is going to send another Passport Request Letter so I should just submit my passport without the request. Smh I've never heard of that. Guys what's your thoughts on this?

It worth a try but i would use the old ppr letter along with a explanation letter as well that was sent in June, hoping u were able to get that letter

I did not receive it, I got a call from KVO August 11, 2021 the lady said passport request was sent from June 2, 2021 but I did not receive it

Okay understand, I don't know the method they use when sending u the letter, if it was in pdf format it should have still been in your online account that your representative was managing, so u could review it at any time it cannot delete from there. only thing I can say to u keep on sending them emails directly are u can make
Your spouse send them a email attach his passport to the email for I'd propose they seen to respond more timely when the communication coming from a Canadian asking them to reconsider sending another one, cause at this point you don't have any real proof that it was actually send to your representative on the date the lady mention.

And the rep at the MP’s office is telling me to just submit my passport…sigh I feel so lost
