Details for entry to final destination at the first point of boarding. So unless you can demonstrate a RT-PCR report valid in Canada in India, being able to fly using this route is unlikely.

Hi Guys, I need to travel to toronto in third week of September (preferably around 17th). Could anyone recommend the best route I can use.

I will be travelling on a closed Work Permit, can I travel through Mexico route. I will be fully vaccinated on 4th September

Not really, airlines are aware that RT-PCR test is provided at the Zurich, and people have been using this route for a month now. There have been only some cases of people facing hardships while they board, but most did got through. Many made it to Canada fine, provided they had met requirements for transit in Zurich ,and entry requirements for Canada at the time of boarding from Switzerland.

Successfully reached Toronto through this route.:
BOM -> DOHA -> Zurich -> Toronto.
22 hour layover at Zurich. PCR test done in airside transit itself.
