The famous Feb 27k cec happened on a Saturday and PNP happened 3 days before on a Wednesday. So i think we have to wait for the comming few days to see.I doubt that there will be CEC in couple of days. Take a look at the previous draws since December 2020 or in the middle of 2020 - this situation has never happened. If there was PNP there was CEC the next day

February 10th, 2021 a PNP draw held on a Wednesday. No CEC draws the next day (as usual), none on Friday and then BOOM! 27K invites on Saturday. Best valentine gift ever for those set of CEC applicants.
In sum, the signs are good but let’s hope cautiously.

These instructions provide information on the procedure for extending the validity period of the letter of introduction for International Experience Canada (IEC) participants.
Due to the pandemic, an exception has been granted for Working Holiday participants whose initial letters were issued between January 1, 2019, and April 30, 2020. This measure was put in place to help participants who could not secure employment to overcome travel restrictions to come to Canada.
Starting on July 30, 2021, eligible participants may request one final 12-month extension. Participants can take advantage of this measure until December 31, 2021.
