You guys always think of the "immigration goal" as a dead set thing, as if someone's job actually depends on this "KPI", but in fact it is just a guideline or reference for the department.
What are you talking about hahaha If government would like to do such a reform to stop FSW draws for such a long time, they would have to admit that they have failed on their immigration targets which is actually crucial for Canadians future
Just re-read what you have said it. Also read a little bit more about Canadian demographic and why they need soo many immigrants specially in such a crucial time like post-pandemic and later. They simply cannot do that man Just tell us on which data you have made your analysis if any was actually used...

Get a few years of experience in an IT related field (list of NOCs is probably on their website, google it). And then hope they hold a draw sometime in your lifetime.
Guess what? They really actually care about immigration targets. That’s why Marco tweets every month about how they are on track with meeting them. In terms of the numbers, the different streams are fluid but the overall immigration target of 401k is what they are most concerned about achieving.

Absolutely mate! The goals are not important to IRCC all that much. After all, that is why we saw shit like megadraw or CRS350 becoming a standard cutoff for CEC which is a high skill stream with normally a CRS450+ cutoff. Oh and TR to PR streams! french speaker streams! They absolutely have nothing to do with goals at all hehe. I mean it's not like if you view the history of draws you'll see that all program draws have been the standard for a decade but you have your revelation mate your analysis is god damn brilliant!

Mark Holte Suggested that IRCC should stop FSW draw and Focus on CEC esp the Inland applicant. The reason is not far fetched, all these so-called consultants and immigration do not really have Clients from Oversea that they can feed on their Ignorance. They get alot of Ignorant Inland applicant that patronise them and worship their service alot....
