I’ve got an approval letter today for PR.
Here’s my timeline:
Application sent: January 2020
Medical pass: June 2021
Approval letter by email: today August 2021

Do you know what is normally the steps?

Thank you for your reply. Yes I did all. Maybe not enough explanations of BIOC.
Can I send again all the letters from my friends and volunteers or should I get a new one because there is a date on it.

I advice you to change dates if the letters are so old.
Yes send letters and your friends must prove that your are an important person and you help them etc...

Congrats. Alongside with your approval letter, did they ask you to submit PCC, financial proof and police clearance from your country or other countries u stayed more than 6 months? If yes , then get them ready and send to them. Which office sent your approval though?

it’s saying that I have to send them:
Application forms
Medical examination
Police certificates
A copy of valid passport
Relationship documents
Right of permanent residence fee
Current financial information

Anybody know why I have to send those documents again? Besides the police certificates I have sent them already when I first apply.

Yes. And also they asked for medical examination (which was done just a few months ago) why is that?

i think you can just inform them again that medicals are valid because its a standard message.

 If you are married, include your marriage certificate.
 Divorce, annulment or death certificates, if you were previously married.
 Proof of common-law relationship, if applicable.
 Birth certificates for all your dependent children.
 Custody papers for dependent children from a previous marriage or relationship, if applicable.

Yes they ask again after AIP and i don't know if you should send all this documents again or no9 but for medical exam i think you can just inform them that the medicals are valid

We could think about the opposite, you are who is working in the government and you don’t like to have her here!

My personal experience is that she has given more information and viewpoints from her experience that my own lawyer. Lawyers don’t talk about ecas, GCMS notes, calls to service Canada and lot of things more.
