Hey guys, I just checked the status tracker website and it says "You have been scheduled to take the citizenship test online. Read the invitation you will receive carefully". And the status was updated on Aug 26. But I havent received any email form IRCC or CIC. is this normal and does it take time to receive email? Can someone please help

Yes. it is normal. I didn't receive mine until 5 days after my status was updated.

The letter you received is the AOR, I have updated the spreadsheet with this information. In regards to your address change, yes you should report that to IRCC, even though they use email for the majority of the communications they sent, they should have the most up to date contact information for you.

Yes. it is normal. I didn't receive mine until 5 days after my status was updated.

There are two different sites to check the status of your application, wait at least 24 - 48 hours after receiving AOR:

Client Application Status (old ECAS), this will show as Application Received once you receive AOR and In Process when your file has been transferred to your local office

Sign in to your status tracker This is the new tracker, it will show your application is in Progress from the moment you receive AOR until the application is closed (finalized).

What is the test window? You will receive an email 1 or 2 days before the start of that window.

My test window is between September 3 and September 23

You will probably receive the email Wednesday or Thursday, check your spam if you haven't received by Sept 3, call IRCC or enter your information in the Test website, if you have access it appears that you can close the browser and come back later when you are ready to take the test.

Tried already didnt work. I think I can only have proper access from Sep 3. Meanwhile not found in spams, junk, trash. I will wait until Thursday morning. IRCC customer center is currently available only for other type of urgent issues. But I will try with them on Thursday. Thanks for the guidance so far, appreciate it.

Yes, you need to wait until Sep 3.

just passed the citizenship test yesterday and it says completed on my tracker.
app delivered march 1 2021
AOR may 14
But background check is still under process
Any idea about this ???

You will probably get a fingerprint request soon, not a 100% though.
