You know what is pissing me off - some of the immigrants on facebook groups supporting Liberals, telling other immigrants that there are no jobs, covid s*** etc. How the f*** these people can say something like that. It is just insane how stupid people are…
These same people act like citizens from the first day itself.

Not sure if I understand your point but I'd say the lack of jobs in Canada has nothing to do with the government. And they'd be right if they said there are no jobs in Canada (they actually mean there are very few jobs). Canada only has oil & gas and mining. These are big sectors which is why Canada is a G7 country although it sure doesn't look like one. But that's about it. The market is very little for everything else, say manufacturing, tech, health etc.
It's so funny. I live in a third world country but there are far more skilled and very fun STEM jobs in here than Canada. There are a handful of global companies with large offices in Canada in engineering (except oil&gas, mining, construction). Every company is like a size 20-50 startup lol. I have always worked at well-known global names and the job situation in Canada does get me a bit concerned because I'm not sure if I can fit in. Even their job postings feel... small...
I don’t mean lack of jobs. I would argue about it. It all depends on your skillset. However I am pieced off they way they think and behave like they are Canadian citizens. It is a ho**** s****… I really got annoyed now. These people can only complain and complain. If you cannot find a job it is just your proboem only

I mean yeah everyone's story is different and it does depend a lot on one's skills and all that but if we were to average the situation and compare Canada to other countries, it is not wrong to say it is considerably harder to find a good job in Canada than in US, UK, or EU, at least for STEM. Software market is probably better. I told you, even if I were to get my PPR tomorrow, I'd be quite stressed about finding a good job, especially as a fresh immigrant.I don’t mean lack of jobs. I'm already considering other options. This pandemic exhausted me but also gave me the time to really think about my plans.
Contrary to much of the rhetoric on the topic, immigration can contribute to economic growth and expansion of the job/labor market. Some research work have been conducted to back this up in many countries

At least we'll definitely get answers this month. 8 meaningless months and this is one that matters. Good answers or bad answers, we'll see which. But at least we'll find out more than "soon" or "we hear you". No more stupid "indicators". Just facts.
