For imm5669 it says applicant , spouse and dependent children over 18 need to fill this form, what if the dependant children under 18? are they still required to fill the form and get it signed by parent or no need?

Dependent children under 18 do not need to fill/sign it

If decision was made i you haven’t got any communication it’s a refusal.
My decision was made on 12/08/2021
Got my refusal letter on 26/08/2021

Ask for officer notes as soon as possible to prepare reconsideration or a new application or juridical review.

You are absolutely correct yeah some people get refusal too with long process I know a person with 30 months after that they got refusal but when you see a case goes so fast in process it’s kind of scary like higher chance of refusal then approval
It’s all about luck and depends on officer
If you meet the requirements as a met then it’s most likely will get approval rate then take longer process

I totally understand where you’re coming from the reality is I have friends who works for government and CBSA and immigration and my husband Helping the new immigrant from war zone country this is how I get my information
