I think letter of explanation along with the tax returns and job compensation letters should suffice right? Even my previous employers were not willing to provide compensation details in all the reference letter.
That’s a lot of information that you don’t need

Somebody sent a webform and got this reply :-

“ Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

In order to respond to a high volume of enquiries related to the crisis in Afghanistan, we have needed to shift resources in our Client Support Centre. This will impact our ability to respond to some of your enquiries.

We will respond to these priority enquiries only:

· Clients in crisis situations (like those affected by the situation in Afghanistan)

· Clients facing vulnerable circumstances (emergency and urgent requests)

· Clients who need to tell us about a change in their circumstances, which has a direct impact on their application (like marriage, birth of a child, or similar)

· Clients who are submitting documents requested by one of our officers

· Changes in contact information

· Requests to withdraw an application or refunds

If your enquiry is NOT one of the priority enquiries listed above, you will not receive a reply.

If you included attachments with your enquiry, rest assured that they will be added to your file shortly.”

so what did you provide as proof of salary?
I have my proof of experience with all details included - hours, salary and the dates. So if someday in the distant future I get an ITA , should I submit more proof?
It also needs to include a detailed job description in addition to the benefits so that IRCC can be sure that what you're doing professionally matches the NOC code you're applying with.

Hi everyone,
I have a complicated question and hope that i am able to explain it properly.

I had an express entry profile at 467 (FSW) and received the Ontario NOI on 2-March (cut off was 463). I had included my spouse in this score.
Submitted PNP application at 467 in Apr-2021
Lost 5 points and score dropped to 462 due to age in May-2021
Got PNP Nomination in Jul-2021 and score increased to 600+462 = 1062
I got 2 ITAs in between and declined them both.
Now, because of changes in my family circumstances, I have removed my spouse from my profile. Alone, my score is 1059. (lost 3 points).
Will wait for an ITA at this score now.

If I had removed my spouse before receiving my PNP, my score would have been 467-3=464, which is still above the 463 cut-off for NOI. I would have received the NOI without him as well.

My question is - is my PNP still valid? I know it's quite complicated and thank you for trying to understand this and help me.

Send an email to OINP and ask the same thing.

Attach pay stubs or bank statement that shows you revieved your salary. My friend received an ADR for proof of salary. Initially, he submitted only the reference letter with salary details.

Why did you remove your spouse?
If you have gotten nomination certificate why are you declining ITAs??

Anyway, federal ITA has nothing to do with provincial ITA. If Ontario gave you points even with the age change then there’s nothing to worry about.
P.S this is my position if you meet the MEC but reach out to your province for confirmation.
