Anyone else have to deal with a Procedural Fairness letter from IRCC?

No, I just called once. And, asked my VO. I have tried calling twice after that but couldn't connect to an agent.

Ya..and as we heard from some that they won’t even answer ur questions now about status

Yes, thats correct. I remember paying 3100 including RPRF for 4 people (family of 4 with 2 children)

After I paid the RPRF on Aug 23rd, today morning I received two emails stating that "we successfully received your document". Does that mean anything in terms of timeline? apart from the literal meaning of it.

Never called IRCC so don't know the VO, also the Background check never changed.

Great!! Just a question, do we usually get email first or status gets updated in portal first?

my application status has been the same all along, ever since I passed my medicals, it still says 'your application is in progress'.

it still shows they are reviewing my additional docs. Background check has never changed to in progress.
