Is there any hope of restoring the outland applicants of early 2020? If yes, then when exactly? It is so much frustrating honestly!!

The applications are being processed, only the final decision and PPR is on hold.

Last comment on 5th May 2021 from officer is * Appear RFV Medical Valid 12Oct2021* Security and final status is blank final. Shall I remain hopeful of getting PPR this year?

If the security is blank it indicates in progress or passed.

My medical was extended up to Oct 20, 2021. I think IRCC will send the re-medical request. Did they extend your medical?

Yeah we all got our pprs last week from London VO. Now chilling in Canada

Don't think border restrictions had much to do with IRCC issuing PPRs. Travel restrictions ended for valid COPR holders on 21 June. We should have seen PPRs issued from that date onwards but it didn't happen. Don't expect any progress to happen soon until IRCC decides t change priority.
They are still issuing COPRs to CEC and don't seem like this will change anytime soon.

Any update from LVO?
I saw yesterday on Facebook that some from Pakistan with London Visa Office got PPR

Today I received my GCMS notes (issued 2nd Sept). Everything but security marked as "passed", I assume that security also passed since there is s.15(1) mark at the right top corner. Re-med and updated PCC are accepted too. And, despite all of that, still no ppr(((
