Did you put any articles or reports to prove hardship in your home country?
To be honest this is the part I missed.can I submit these articles during reconsideration???

Hi everyone, can anyone on this forum tell - do we need to submit PC while applying H&C or can send later they ask from the countries you lived more than 6 months in the past ten years? Applied 2020 April but still not in process, and failed Federal court hearing May 2021.
That is because most AIPs are transferred there so the data provided is misleading.
What school are you attending? Did you arrive as an international student? What country are your from? If you don’t want to specify the country what area of the world?
The fact that 3 of your children are not in Canada likely played a large part in the refusal.
no need to submit PCs until they request them. In fact, could be waste of time because by the time you get to Stage 2, PC may already be expired.
If you get stage 1 approval, they will send you request for PCs, and this is when you can send them fresh PCs.
PC will remain valid for as long as applicant did not go back to the foreign country.
