Indirect route from India

Is Frankfurt not a valid option? Seems like they ahave RT-PCR testing at Franfurt airport and results in 30 mins - 75mins?
Am I missing something here? Does one have to go out of the terminal or something to get the test done?
Any pointers please?

Hi , I have booked ticket for Sep 29 from Hyderabad to Toronto via Abu Dhabi . although it’s long way in future, and rules might change with third wave but I am hopeful I will board the flight.

Yes, many took this flight and from their experience its was great and they didn't face any issues as compared to the Cairo / Male routes. (both these routs are also good but considering price for me it's not affordable)

I am planning via this route but I haven't checked refund/cancellation policies for Etihad yet. Has anyone checked it? I already have a direct flight booking with AirIndia for October but looking at the circumstances I presume will have to either cancel/reschedule it hence just don't want to block the fund. Air India takes 21 days to refund.

For someone with PR card , flying from India ... Do we have to quarantine in Qatar /Abu Dhabi/Dubai if we are transiting from these airports ?

Sri Lanka has opened I guess and flights from Srilanka to Doha to Canada looks reasonable ...
