Why do they invite high crs candidates all of a sudden? There's fsw for that. Was that the normal behavior with PNP before the pandemic?

It made me think Alberta might have had hearings of fsw being shut down or altered which might have made them make this move. I'm probably wrong. Am I wrong?

Happened with OINP also last year, they did 471-500 draw and then suddenly IRCC did an FSW draw wasting pretty much all of the invites. IRCC doesn't care about what provinces are doing.

Well, I think it's good news. They have increased the number of invitations for outlanders, which means that they are ready to process and accept them.
