For the interview, will they send an email invitation or do they call to my phone number?
Why I am asking is I have changed phone number which I have given in the application.
Please call the call center and get it changed soon. I know it would take time for interview/oath but its better to do it soon in few days and wait for them.

Call IRCC and update them....they may call you during oath. You'll always get an email for everything though. They need to keep a paper trace of all communications.
Correct

ok good to know. Hopefully things move from this week.
Problem with some members is that they wont update their signature or the posted timeline with the location as the processing varies greatly based on location and the officer. So we missed knowing who is from windsor in other threads.

Seems regular as i dont see that he/she requested for UP from his/her posts history.
Hopefully we wont have to wait for same 3 months from test if they started reviewing files for DM ;)

True. Also most get DM within 2-3 months hence probability is high for regular DM.
Usually windsor is doing bulk. I wonder why there is no DM for anyone else. As they do in small chunks every week, possibly we may see few of us get DM in next 1-3 weeks. May be the June test attended members might get DM next week. Good luck.

Seems they would like to frustrate you more by attending regular applicants instead of urgent guys ;)
So no interview invite yet?

Today I got following reply from my MP office as I requested them to update me about my application status;

We can provide you with the following details about the status of application for a Citizenship Adult Grant for Rafzy:

  • The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on August 6, 2020.
  • The application was considered complete and an acknowledgement letter was emailed to the applicant on November 24, 2020.
  • The file has been transferred to the IRCC office in Windsor, Ontario for continued processing.
  • The applicant has passed the citizenship test on July 5, 2021.
  • The criminality verifications are currently valid.
  • The security verifications are currently valid.
  • The immigration verifications have not been initiated.
  • A note on file added on August 17, 2021 indicates the constituent has been approved for urgent processing on the basis of employment.
  • The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and the next step would be an interview. This office will schedule an appointment for the applicant in due course, if necessary.
Well, this confirms one thing as mentioned by @rajkamalmohanram that even after my local office asked for an interview and copy of my passport pages, they might skip interview and go straight to DM & Oath.

Let's see when do I get DM & Oath invite for my application.

Hi Guys, I'm from Windsor too. Expecting my AOR for Citizenship application anytime now. I'm planning on moving to the U.S soon and employer is ready to apply my I-485 for EB based Green Card. Is it possible to have both I-485 and Canadian citizenship application pending at the same time? I'm expecting the 485 to take a couple of years so I don't wan to abandon my Citizenship application.

I understand being outside Canada while Citizenship application is pending has it's own risks, but my question is about having 485 and Citizenship pending at the same time.

485 has no bearing on citizenship application but your lawyer might ask you to be inside US till 485 approval for those 2 years. So plan accordingly and based on what your lawyer says.
You can attend test outside but for oath you need to come to canada. Nowadays citizenship application takes less time unlike us(who filed in late 2019 or early 2020) taking lot of time. So if you already applied and waiting for AOR then your process might get over in 8 months from AOR. So first get your lawyer's input on whether you can travel and when you can travel.
