Ok now I have recived another email from my MP office saying that they will conduct an interview next not oath and appologise for the misunderstanding seriously IRCC Windsor is fucked up adds to my fustration so we should be now waiting for interview rather than oath and with the guy wjo is doing urgent orocessing this seems to be the trend.

Thanks for following it up with MP. It will help others too like last time few of you enquired with them in Mar-Apr and we got test invites from May-Jun-Jul. Not sure if its coincidence but will see.

Its possible that they contacted the office since they corrected the earlier statement. Also the interview step matches with the next processing step for @rafzy ('s urgent case). Even for him its interview after the test.

Yes, seems to be another step unnecessarily and that will expand more wide gap for oath date(unless windsor has short duration oath dates). I hope that they will send out interview invites in a month.

Possibly we all are looking at passport pages request too(before the interview). Hopefully they request it before interview instead of wasting again few more days or weeks.

But it also depends on the officer if he/she wants the interview. So we can only hope that our officer wont ask for it. Even passport pages request would be faster than interview. Will see if they are going to delay with interview.

I personally know a frnd who applied in oct 2019 and had interview back in march before may oath. That was routine at that time and passport page requests came in later in lieu of an interview across all offices. I though windsor also adapted to such a thing and expecting pp request before oath... Damn these guys!!

Even for Rafzy its taking time to get the interview invite. So now i am not sure if the interview for us will be at least next month....

Lucky ate the people who got PP pages request with test they are almost at oath now or a few have taken already I am still tempted to send the passport pages via web form what do you guys think atleast it will skip one stage of the process

Officers dont ask for all. Some officers even ask for the ones already received with application. So no idea if its going to be helpful.
Seems most are appearing for interview in windsor, seems like we cant skip the waiting.

Going through the messages ... I am now starting to wonder if UP in Windsor even carries any worth in eyes of case officers ???

They might simply approve every person submitting UP request and throw in another queue to get stuck.

Anyways ... I was thinking to follow-up with the case officer tomorrow to see if she even replies with the date and time for my interview ?

For the interview, will they send an email invitation or do they call to my phone number?
Why I am asking is I have changed phone number which I have given in the application.

Call IRCC and update them....they may call you during oath. You'll always get an email for everything though. They need to keep a paper trace of all communications.
