Hi All, I just received my AoR. Please update the spreadsheet

It appears that online applicants wont have access to ECAS system, this makes "in process" column useless in the spreadsheet as everyone who gets an AOR will see in progress by default. @rajkamalmohanram have you seen these instances before?

Yes, I think online applicants don't have access to ECAS.

As IRCC is slowly transitioning from the old ECAS to the status verification portal (at least for online applications at the moment), it renders the "In process" column on the spreadsheet obsolete as it "in process" now means different things for different applicants (at least in the interim).

The spreadsheet is now due for an "upgrade". Any idea who is responsible for this?

You can contact cacitizenship@gmail.com and let them know. They are the admins of the sheet. While 2021 sheet can be updated (at least from June onwards), I think the 2020 sheet is a lost cause and there is no point in updating it because there are too many entries and updates.

Yes, my information still cannot be found in ECAS a week after online AOR.

AOR Aug11, registered in the new tracker Aug13, and interestingly got an email Aug17 with instructions to the new tracker. So looks like they are endorsing using that in favor of ECAS. Not sure about this strange 6 day delay, does this imply some activity from IRCC? Also not sure if it's worth calling them and asking to link with ECAS, what value will this have.

For test invites, how much lead time are we given? Want to have enough time to prepare but don't think it's worth studying just yet.

Hi, from which tracker you could tell the background check is completed? I received fingerprints request 1 week ago and I believe that was related to background check, but I can't see any BG check anywhere. Thanks.

I have added the BG verification information into the Notes in the spreadsheet. Could you please check on ECAS when was your application set to In Process. Thanks

I had submitted 2 separate applications for me and my wife. My wife's AOR is still pending. Please find details below for the application:

Application Submitted: March 22, 2021 Online
AOR-20th August 2021

Additionally, i got a query back from IRCC on my application for passport gap, which i will address through web-form as per their instruction
