So my fiance did end up getting her AOR a few minutes after I got mine. So she didn't look closely at her email .
Her application was filed on March 24 like mine.

No I got AOR yesterday and able to make profile today which is showing inprocess

It could be test invite, and it will vary in your local office, once BG verification is completed it also means your file has been transferred to your local office. There are some offices that are moving faster than others, so it could take from 2 to 6 months to receive test invite. If you can start reading the Discover Canada book and do practice tests, so by the time you receive your invite you are ready to take the test instead of waiting 21 days. The other thing that is unpredictable right now is if they are going to start doing in person test, as some provinces have lifted COVID restrictions already and employees are returning to work in the office.

I submitted my online citizenship application on March, 22nd and received the AOR today. I tried to create a tracking account through this link https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register, but it gave an error stating that either the UCI or the application number is incorrect (Note: I took them copy-paste from the AOR letter, so they should be correct). Any hint on why am I getting that error and how to fix it?

The issue is on the server-side, even after you get the register page, it says incorrect UCI / application number. Better to wait till tomorrow morning and try again. Hope that helps.

No I don't. I have seen in the Facebook pages that Vancouver is very slow, so probably 2 to 6 months, let us know when you received yours, so others would know!!!

You need to wait 24 to 48 hours to be able to register for the new account or check the status in ECAS.
