You will get there. It took me a bit more than 3 months to get things moving. You can email them (the email address for the test) to ask for the update.

Well, just make sure to mention your application has been over 2 years otherwise they will not respond. Also start with UCI, Application No. At least hopefully it gets to their attention. I emailed them twice, only responded me once after a week. Did not give me anymore details than the tracker, but there was some progress.

I called my MP from Oxford county last Friday and they said "we do not help expedite anything related to immigration". I have read some MPs from other ridings were able to help but not ours.

They were not as helpful as I thought. I will just keep applying GMCS notes each month...

if you applied urgent processing through IRCC, that'd be considered emergency.

We did and we contacted them regarding that but never heard back from them

You can call IRCC to see if your urgent request has been accepted or not.
