We know a lot of people from 2020 who already got their passports and 2019 are stuck
Can we do something about it maybe gather and sign a petition or something

Hello, I am an applicant from September 2019, I took the test in June 2021, no update after the test, on August 13 it tells me that something was updated in the profile, but nothing changed. I have called IRC and they have told me that everything is fine, just waiting for the London office to assign me the date for the Oath. I have also requested my Gmc notes, but have not received them yet.

There is no DM, still in process, I only have the background and the test complete, I called on August 20 to ask about the update of 13 that had not changed anything and he told me that, I do not understand it either but he told me with a lot of security and convinced.

Same here. I was told that I just need to wait for the oath invite. Requested notes in July but haven’t received it yet

Hi all,

just found this group! I didn’t know one existed for London ON.

We had applied in July 2019. Citizenship test completed in July 2021 for myself and Sept 2021 for my wife.

New ECAS website shows everything in progress except BG verification and Cit test which are marked complete for the 2 of us and BG check complete for our 13 year old daughter. Oath ceremony not started for all 3 of us.

I dont understand why language skills, physical presence and prohibitions take so long to be completed.

Citizenship Test and Background verification updated to completed on Apr 24, 2021.
Rest of the items marked completed just 3 days ago on Sep 11, 2021.
Today got the update scheduled for ceremony.

Our situation is the same.I applied July 2019 but seen an update on my file August 13th because they updated the second finger print as completed.Its frustrating waiting so long.

Finally some movement on my file in London, ON.

Language, prohibitions and physical presence marked as complete on Sep 21.

I am Oct 2019 applicant and passed test on March 18, 2021 and background check was completed on July 8, 2021.

I also saw movement as on September 24th.All the area now completed except citizenship ceremony.

I have applied on June 2019.Completed test May 2021,second figure print in July 2021.This process is exhausting.
