I don’t have a Canadian number yet. So I was trying to update it in the system as they instructed. Once the PR card is in process can I see it in my express entry profile?

hey everyone, firstly I wanted to thank everyone for the super useful info in this thread, hearing everyone's experiences has definitely helped ease some of the stress of waiting for the PR renewal.

secondly I wanted to let you guys know my timeline, in case it is useful for others:

Type: PR Card Renewal
Renewal application mailed from Toronto: April 19th
Application Received in Sydney: April 23rd
AOR: August 16th
Decision Made: August 16th

Processing time: 115 days

or

• 9,936,000 seconds
• 165,600 minutes
• 2760 hours
• 16 weeks and 3 days
• 31.51% of 2021

.......115 days just to renew a card, thank god we're not waiting on the IRCC for anything life-saving

Don't want to disappoint you, but it's not over yet. Mine stuck at DM since July 12...

Do they actually update the ECAS portal daily? Mine application has said "in progress" for a week on there and my correct name and contact information has not yet changed to what was submitted on my application or name change forms.
I've seen others who have gone from AOR to decision made by the next day. I'm wondering if any of you were able to see this change in the system right away, or if it took over a week for ECAS to update?

Hi, I have sent my PR renewal application on 16th april. Mail received on 21 April. I still haven't received any AOR.... No news.. Is there anyone like me in the same boat who has sent in april and has not heard anything since then..

Application received: 16th April 2021 (confirmed by Canada Post and AOR).
Acknowledgement of receipt of application on received at 08:37am on 9th August 2021.
Processing began: 9th August 2021.

Finally able to log in to ECAS, but it still says "in progress."

Like others in the forum, they have the incorrect name and mailing address in the ECAS system (for Canadian mailing address it has an address from my home country, despite me having completed a previous renewal from Canada). I filled out the update forms online, but the changes are yet to be reflected in the system.

I'm starting to think they lost my application. I sent my application for first PR card on March 9th and haven't heard back since then. No AOR and not any kind of update.

No updates till now, not even AOR. Raised a webform, didn't get any response.

If you update it through ecas it may not work, or it may take long before it's updated. I would get a number and call them

Hopefully we will all get some sort of update sometime soon

I managed to contact an agent at the call centre as my address was entered incorrectly in ECAS and they confirmed that my PR Card was mailed out to the correct address and that it just had not been updated on my end, so I would suggest calling them to alleviate some stress for yourself.

My timeline:

Application Received: April 6
AOR: July 22
DM: July 22
Card mailed: August 12
Card received: August 17

And it's Tuesday again... Processing time for PR card has been updated:
Renewal: 116 days (Still going up)
New PR Cards: 43 days (steady)
