My representative submitted my file. So can I send webform on my behalf??

Yes you can also file webform . I have also applied through representative. I sent a webform in august first week but they replied that file in not in system yet. My AR March 15,2031.

Last I called at the end of June, they informed me that they have nothing in the system for me which means my envelope was still unopened in mail room.
I sent my application at the end of February

that is true. they take money and cheat. but you can ask him to send a webform as he is the represenattive
