Just received the Call from Ottawa Office. Oath is on Aug 25, 2021.

Finally, We just took Oath today, it was 2 hours long and around 25 others. I also requested to receive the certificate urgently with attached proof of travel , hope i can receive the certificate soon. Thank you and i wish all you guys , will soon get this whole and long process done.

Another week and still no update , now i am quite certain that they are just waiting for my last year fingerprints to expire , they will expire on Sep 10th

Mine expire on Aug 20th and I agree, I think they're waiting for that too! I haven't even had the test invite yet

- Got a call from CIC Ottawa Office. They said the Oath Ceremony is on Aug 25, 2021.
- The CIC Tracker: as of Aug 13, 2021, says Oath Ceremony on September 29, 2021
- They also say follow the instructions in the email we SENT. (DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL)

Should I contact CIC or wait until next week.

That's weird. You'll receive an email only about a week or two before the ceremony. If it is August 25th, you should probably receive an email before the 18th. However, I recall reading that there were cases where applicants were sent oath email 2 days before the event.

When did you get a call from IRCC?

If you're not sure, give IRCC a call and ask them which one of the oath dates is correct.

Please post an update once you receive a confirmed oath date.

So I got a call on Wednesday, Aug 11, 2021.

I will until next Friday and then call IRCC to confirm the correct date.

we have some movement in Saskatchewan , finally an applicant that applied in October 2019 has received invite to oath .
so by my math. i should see a movement, if my math is correct and i am well under the time line .
December 2019 should = October 2021 for oath .

Guys, just got the update in Oath ceremony status shows "complete" on 11th August'2021. Looks like it was the final step. Now waiting to receive the citizenship certificate .
Best wishes to the rest of the December'2019 applicants. Hope all application will be processed soon.
