AWB number not received after payment

Hi! I received a link for payment on Friday evening, paid in a few hours, and have still not received the AWB number. I sent an email to VFS with the invoice hoping it would expedite the process but haven't heard back. Can I do anything else?

Not really much can be done but I highly believe you will receive your AWB number today since it was weekend yesterday and the day before. If not try contacting VFS via phone.

i also paid on friday night but didnt recieve it yet, i emailed them but they gave automated reply

Just called and they said to wait until Wednesday. They also recommended that I send an email.
