Express Entry Profile - Overall Score: 0

I’m also having same issues. Created my EE profile in March 2021 with no errors. Profile said my score was 483. I was just waiting for a draw since CIC hasn’t done any draws for FSW in 2021.

Also updated my funds to well above the new funds requirements . Got an email today with a letter in my profile saying I’m ineligible and my profile now shows score is 0.

Furthermore, the letter shows tomorrow’s date, July 20, and today is the 19th. My friend with the exact same profile got invited earlier in Dec 2020. I think it’s a glitch in their system.

I am also facing the same problem. I have done my ECA and IELTS and filled each from correctly trice, according to CRS calculator my score is 353 but it is showing zero and ineligible. If you got your solution please can you help me. Or can anyone help me.

• I have put in my current job profile in the work history
• My NOC matches my current profile
• I have 3 different NOCs in my work history
• I don't have a Canadian Certification of Qualification
• My ECA is awaited from WES, but I don't see how that could be a factor of not being eligible as I can't mention (the ECA) anywhere in the form
• My IELTS score is recent 04/2021 L:9, R:7, W:8, S:8
• I dont have a nomination certificate from any province
• I dont have a certificate of qualification from a canadian province
• I dont have a current job offer from Canada
• My work experience is over 6 years now, with gap in between for my Masters degree - would that be a problem ?

Would really appreciate your assistance in helping me identify the cause of CRS score of 0

You must have an ECA to submit a profile.

It's because you don't have ECA. You can't set up a profile until you have ECA.

Thank you for your response. My ECA is in the process, they are awaiting my set of documents for my Master's degree. Do I need to get the bachelor's degree also evaluated ? I haven't initiated the process for my Bachelor's degree.

Also, how does the ECA get linked to my profile? Can I get confirmation of it from WES Or on my account?

Last question, would you recommend I delete my old account with the ineligible profile and create a new one for the new submission or submit a new application in the same log In ID

Hi everyone,
I am having this exact same problem - my score should be 475 but I'm getting zero. I've now created two profiles and had both rejected. Getting desperate!
It almost seems like it's a technical problem that it's not reading my answers? Or like I'm getting kicked out on one of the very first questions.

- My IELTS score is 8 on average
- I have a masters degree
- I have more than 3 years of work experience (although I put in 2 different NOC codes)
-My spouse is a Canadian permanent resident
- I have enough funds to support myself

The only thing that I can think of is that I don't have an ECA yet, but I was assuming that we only have to have that once we've been invited to apply?

Any ideas? @primaprime how do we get around creating new profiles if we can't edit and resubmit?

What is your eligibility score? You have ECAs and IELTs? What are your band scores? Need to know your profile to comment.

So you are in Canada then? Eligibility score determines if you can put your name in the pool. If eligible what is your full profile - age, education, work experience, IELTs by band. You have answered a question incorrectly in the form. Have you claimed points for a job offer.

Hello Everyone,

We have the same problem with my husband and we have some questions please

1. What are the numbers that we need to enter for the WES reference? Ours is a number with IMM. Do we need to put only the number or to add the IMM at the end?
2. For TEF number : they ask for 2 numbers : reference and NIP. We cannot really identify what number to put.
3.For our Master’s degree, we have our wes but we also have put our older studies that have no wes. Maybe it is an issue and we don’t need to out them?
