you mean some fsw people did not receive that email either? It's irrelevant, they sent it to a limited number of people.

I did not receive this email. US resident.you mean some fsw people did not receive that email either?
Correct I havent...but maybe thats just because im an 2021 AOR. Whats yours?you mean some fsw people did not receive that email either?
No, they are sending these email to those who are :-They are issuing this survey email to everyone who will be receiving PPRs starting from tomorrow.
That is so unfair. It seems like USCIS does a much better job as they handle the applications in FIFO seqence. That seems to be the case.
You know, I am sure somewhere in Ottawa, there would be a meeting where atleast 100 visa officers (who could have been processing applications) will discuss this survery for 8 days with the help of 20 data analysts to come to a conclusion that they perhaps need to speed up processing of them applications. In the end, a single finance guy will inform them that there is no budget because most of the money was allocated away from IRCC to something else. So.... in the end it will delay processing further.I think the survey is really dumb but at least it will bury the speculation about IRCC cancelling in-progress applications.
Does this survey mean anything at all? Don't know. Only IRCC can explain the dumb things IRCC does.
I'm Jan 2021 AOR. I received the email. It has to be a random sample. Surveys are seldom done on the whole population.Correct I havent...but maybe thats just because im an 2021 AOR. Whats yours?
My medicals are extended till dec 15th. I'm wondering how long will i have to wait. All stages passed when called last week. That seems to be the case.
Apologies, but its not going to be "no CEC" round BUT will be a "Open for all round". That means low scoring CEC folks wont get invited just because they are inland applicants.Truly, as we approach the fourth quarter we expect that IRCC will cut down on the CEC invites (they’ve actually reduced it to 4,500 in the last 2 CEC draws) and finally put a stop to it as they make way for all program draws. We can expect 2 more CEC draws this month but i guess that would be it for the year. The open draws will be towards next year’s immigration quota.
It’s becoming less appealing for them to keep inviting CEC since they are now almost certain that they can meet the remaining part of this year’s economic class immigration quota with the FSW and PNP applications that are few steps or already in the final lap of processing.
I expect that if the border re-opening goes as planned, IRCC will spend the last four month’s of this year focusing on those with expired CoPRs, finalizing applications and inviting nothing less than 30,000 applicants through the express entry system via general draws. There’s reason to remain positive and hopeful. Don’t overthink the situation; just continue living your lives to the fullest, things will fall in place soon
I didn't receive this email. And bizarrely I didn't recieve the one about processing delays in March either.you mean some fsw people did not receive that email either?
Not really. I’m Jan, 2021 AOR and did my medical in November, so when they restart PPRs in September, it will only be valid for 2 months, so I’ll be last in the list.2021 applicants with 6 months of documents validity will be the 1st to receive PPR's as per these memos.
july 2020Correct I havent...but maybe thats just because im an 2021 AOR. Whats yours?
Are you serious? My AOR is May 2020. This would drive me to mental asylum if my case gets finalized in 2022.So as per these emails/memos most FSW-O applicants from 2020 won't see any decision until early next year, and we would definitely need to get new medicals and PCC documents. Well at least we have a bit more clarity now.
Yeah, I didn't receive it.you mean some fsw people did not receive that email either?
I did say 6 months documents validity, not necessarily every applicant from 2021.Not really. I’m Jan, 2021 AOR and did my medical in November, so when they restart PPRs in September, it will only be valid for 2 months, so I’ll be last in the list.
