She submitted original application may 2019, got aip October 2020, I submitted June 2019, aip February 2021. See there is big difference among cases.

Application submitted April 16th 2021. AIP May 18th 2021. This was his 3rd HC though after two rejections.

Did you not bring this up in your asylum case, your RAD or your H&C? Why didn’t your partner sponsor you during the 6 years in Canada without status or after you asylum and RAD should have come up in at least one of these cases. At any of the hearings when you were asked whether you wanted to add something else did you mention the abuse? Was this recent assault? After all the applications? Was he listed as your common law or husband on your application? Is he your common law or husband? if he has cases does he have an order of a protection against him?

The is quite a backlog when it comes to reviewing meficals so that could be why it is taking longer.

Hey, just write them an nice email and let them know you would like to know why officer refuse your application and ask them the reasons and they will send it in 24 hrs
