Yes, I did through the portal. I agree, it's so frustrating to wait for so long to get PR card.

But don't take me wrong, i'm happy for you and everyone who's getting it! Lots of luck for all of you

I applied for PRTD and they approved it in week but since then no update on PR card. photo deliver date feb 19 2021

they are not related, and being proceeded by different offices

I thought so too..but there has to be some reason for my PR card delay, Photos delivered Feb 25th and there is no update after the first GU on 11th July. When I called IRCC, an agent told me that they sent my PR card for production on July 16th. However, a few days later, another agent told me that the photo is yet to be uploaded. So I am totally clueless about what is happening.

too early for you, based on current timeline your firs GU will on the 4th week of August
